Kinderopvang Unikids 2.0:
A difficult issue. Unikids 2.0 Daycare stands for Rest Cleanliness and Regularity at the nursery and has chosen for this reason to make use of care sessions for the children and offer them a day program.

In addition we also wonder, how flexible are childcare hours actually at a nursery in Tilburg and does it have advantages for the chidren? At Unikids 2.0 Daycare you can always bring your child even if it is a little bit earlier or later. Without the cost of a higher hourly rate and a weeks in advantage notice. At our childcare there is a guaranteed spot and solid faces of pedagogical assistants at the nursery groups.

Financial childcare hours seems cheaper and sometimes this may be true. When there is care required for limited care such as two hours per day, flexible care hours may be advantageous. The parents who have moved from other childcare organizations in Tilburg with flexible hours, to Unikids 2.0 Daycare. Of these, we understand that costs are proportionate because of the low hourly childcare rate of Unikids 2.0 Daycare, the possibility of making use of accommodating weeks on contract and the changing policy.

In 2016 the advantage is even growing, the hourly rate in 2016 at Unikids 2.0 Daycare will remains within the childcare allowance hourly rate. The fee based on the hourly rate will rise in 2016. The flex hourly rate at other nurseries in Tilburg will overstep the childcare allowance, which are not reimbursed.

Parent: Few contacts with the parents’ committee.
Parent: Maybe it can be found on the website. My mistake: my interest is not high enough.

Kinderopvang Unikids 2.0: The parents’ committee for Unikids 2.0 Daycare is very important and much appreciated. Partly thanks to the parents’ committee, Unikids 2.0 Daycare arises and we have a “different” daycare center in Tilburg. The parents’ committee is still actively involved behind the scenes at the nursery!

The parents’ committee is perhaps for parents and children less visible, which could positivly mean that there are so too little marks on Unikids 2.0 Daycare. Do you still have questions or comments please know that the parents’ committee are always happy to help and would also like to hear if you are satisfied.

Parent: Perhaps an idea to plan a mid-term evaluation on time next to the evaluation on the birthday.
Kinderopvang Unikids 2.0: On each anniversary of the children is planned a one on one conversation with the parents. If you like an extra conversation this is no problem!

Parent: At the childcare of the previous children we had once a year a questionnaire development scored by the teachers and discussed in 10 min. This was fun and educational for both parents and guidance.
Kinderopvang Unikids 2.0: The children are whole year observed by an observation system. This is discussed annually at the anniversary of the children with the parents. Where there is a reason in the meantime for a one on one conversation we of course, let you know.
